Specialty Technical Consultants announced today that it has received certification as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program. STC obtained this certification to be able to serve as a partner to transportation prime contractors needing environmental, health, safety, or sustainability DBE support.

STC is certified as a Woman Owned Business Enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and the Supplier Clearinghouse for the California Public Utilities Commission.

STC is also certified as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) by the by the State of California/Port of Oakland and by the Coalition of Southern California Public Agencies.
