STC welcomes our newest employee, Jessica Jenkins. Jessica is located in Portland, OR. She has an M.S., in Environmental Science and Regulatory Policy from the University of Wisconsin and over 19 years of experience in environmental consulting and project management activities. As a consultant, her focus has been on due diligence, cleanup strategy development, and remediation oversight involving a high level of interaction with natural resource management agencies utilizing a variety of risk-based regulatory programs (both voluntary and enforcement) in numerous states.
