STC welcomes our newest Program Director, Shirin Mandegari.  Shirin is located in Huntington Beach, CA and has more than 25 years of professional experience in environmental, health and safety compliance and management systems. She has assisted clients with regulatory permitting, emergency response planning, and compliance program development and implementation. Shirin managed and led the technical aspects of large complex projects involving site closures, groundwater and soil remediation, environmental and toxic assessment, and mitigation plans including lead and asbestos. She has extensive experience in air pollution prevention, wastewater and storm water quality, hazardous waste management and environmental, health and safety auditing.
