STC Welcomes Anny Mosher, CPEA to our team. Anny is located in Houston, TX and has over 25 years of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) experience including process safety, industrial hygiene, product stewardship, emergency response, occupational health, environmental permitting, and auditing. She has worked at small sites with less than 20 employees, large integrated sites with more than 8,000 people, and multi-company industrial parks with shared infrastructure. Anny has developed and updated a wide variety of EHS compliance plans and written programs, as well as led the implementation of management systems to sustain compliance. Her experience includes Responsible Care® implementation and RC14001® certification. Anny has led multi-discipline and multi-site teams to accomplish critical business and company goals. She was able to secure environmental permits for major expansions and new facilities utilizing strong influencing and negotiation skills and extensive experience with regulatory agencies, industry groups, and community neighbors. For continued program implementation success, Anny partnered with clients and contractors to reduce unplanned events and create a sustainable, incident free culture.
