EHS COMPLIANCE TRAINING AND DOCUMENTATION

Working with our partner, ClickSafety, STC has provided content for a significant number of pre-packaged training courses to meet the compliance and safety training requirements for a broad variety of industries (see the example below). If comprehensive training reviews are required, STC professionals assist clients in performing comprehensive training needs analyses by position. Once the analyses have been completed, STC can support either instructor led training programs or assist in the development of electronically based training solutions based on the appropriateness of the media to be used, and the demographics of the individuals requiring the training.
When electronically based solutions (e-learning) are the most appropriate approach, STC professionals help clients identify the right ASP platform to meet their needs; customize work-flow accountability requirements and regulatory compliance mandates to meet their facility-specific needs; design new metrics and standards to accommodate the new capabilities; and, facilitate efficient integration of existing databases into their new ASP-based information management system. STC can also support the integration of externally developed computer based training offerings into internal learning management systems. These systems, in total, promote sound EHS decision-making, especially for multi-facility companies.
