STC is pleased to announce that Teresa Sabol Spezio has completed the CA Qualified Industrial Stormwater Practitioner (QISP) requirements. The state’s Storm Water Industrial General Permit (IGP) requires that a QISP oversee the implementation, monitoring and reporting obligations under this permit for any Level 1 Discharger and certain reporting requirements for Level 2 Dischargers.  Teresa is a Program Director located in the Los Angeles, CA area. She has over 30 years of experience in environmental compliance, auditing and management system activities. As a consultant, she works with clients to minimize chemicals use and environmental exposure through discharges into air, water and land, and has developed plans and programs to minimize spills and accidents.
